I got a notice today that my FTP went up, but my brain was so oxygen deprived, I can’t remember the exact number 🙁

You won’t see FTP test workouts unless you’re connected to ride on Zwift. Because you can’t do a running FTP test.😀

Thanks for the reply – just finished the short one. I think the longer test had longer over-intervalls after the low warmup. But I should not complain the result is a bit better.

of course not just because of less fatigue 😉

I believe Zwift removed it. The “standard” FTP test isn’t really any different from the “short” one as I recall… it just had perhaps a longer warmup and cooldown. Either way, they both base your result off that 20-minute all out effort.

what happened to the standard ftp test? I just can see the ramp tests, the short ftp and ZADA Power test?!

I believe you can contact Zwift support and ask them to do that.

My first rides were not calibrated so now my FTP is 255 and my VO2 is 48 (never was there even when I was 50 years younger!). I understand that a recalculation takes place every 90 days, but is there a work around?
