Thanks for the insight! I’m one of the many who run both on my screen at the same time 🙂

That’s the one everyone wants to see happen! Nate from TR says they’re working on it. Just a matter of priorities on their end, methinks. Zwift wants to see it happen ASAP for sure.

What about TrainerRoad? Any updates on a similar status with that app?

I concluded that FasCat is a much more reliable evaluator of my “readiness”.

Going into this off season with a bucket list bike tour planned for next summer I was ready to commit to formal plan though was generally in decent shape with FTP 3 w/kg at 60 yrs old and a power profile resembling a diesel freight train. I took advantage of FasCat’s free 30-minute human coaching consultation, quickly settled on a 30-week plan that is a combination of bike and weight workouts, and one month in am hugely impressed.

There are heaps of training plan services out there that generally play nicely with hardware and software platforms like Zwift, Garmin/Wahoo, etc., though FasCat and Xert seem to be unique in their ability to detect and adjust (or prompt to adjust) each day based on recovery status. FasCat’s plan also includes heaps of enhanced content – food recipes, recovery day stretching, etc. sprinkled across the plan’s calendar.

One month in, I’m hugely impressed and highly recommend it. The new integration to Zwift (and Rouvy and Garmin) are seamless, the workouts themselves are very effective, and the inclusion of cycling-specific weight training is making a big difference.

Yes we are. I actually had a call with David from Intervals two days ago. It’ll roll out soon!

FasCat app has a pretty good user interface. Anyway we are also really expecting full Zwift integration with Intervals.Icu, that’s something we are counting the days!
