Comments on: Level Up Your Wahoo KICKR CORE with this Foot Hack https://zwiftinsider.com/kickr-core-feet/ News, tips, and reviews for Zwift fanatics Wed, 14 Aug 2024 12:53:43 +0000 hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.7.1 By: SCBickle https://zwiftinsider.com/kickr-core-feet/#comment-126337 Wed, 14 Aug 2024 12:53:43 +0000 https://zwiftinsider.com/?p=107986#comment-126337 I have a rubber doormat on top of carpet that the core sits across, which adds a comfortable amount of sway. The end caps on the feet are either side of the doormat so they never work their way off. This has been the best cycling hack for me so far, and dead cheap (especially since I was given the doormat by the originator of this hack).

Totally. I have a rubber mallet living at the end of my Kickr Core just to remind me to give the rear two feet a bash back on before every ride!

The V6 has adjustable axle height – that’s one of its strengths. Wahoo, I think, went lower on the Core because people would rather have it be a bit low than too high!

The rubber caps will stay on much better with super glue if you don’t want to do a more extensive upgrade like the one above.

You can adjust how vertical the bike sits by placing the pads off center with a little trial and error by observing how it sits while the rider is pedaling.

Easy to do and adds a lot of comfort since the bike will have quite a bit more side to side movement than the axis feet.
