Not really a comment on this route in and of itself, though it lends itself well to he question. I am a regular social TTT (WTRL Perc Latte) – as generally a mix of Cs and Ds we tend to joke that most TTT courses are net flat. Which on some courses with a lead-in, it may be net slightly downhill or slightly uphill. This occurred to me as we did 2 laps of Tempus this week, and he lead in to Tempus is (I may have this wrong) very slightly uphill. Which would make one of the flattest rides on the game actually be net uphill on a TTT.
So where this convoluted mess is going, does all the data you have collected, lend itself to being able to see which courses are net flat and which are net up/down and by how much?
