What is a “lead-in” anyway? Or, put another way, what’s the point of a ‘lead-in’? Until looking at this route, I assumed it was smallish section that leads into a route, but isn’t actually a part of the route. If an event is setup to do 2 laps of this route, it appears from the map that the “lead-in” is part of both laps? The total distance would be be close to 30 miles for 2 laps?

In reply to Russell. Make sure you’re connected via Bluetooth to the trainer. Virtual shifting isn’t supported over ANT+.

In reply to Eric Schlange. Just an fyi I did the final test as a group ride event today and it does not show your average power on the screen while riding. I just got the average power ever 10% on the side and time for each section.

In reply to Ethan Carrigan. The Tron isn’t the best bike for this course or anywhere really, there are better aero and climbing bikes for different situations. Use zwifterbikes as in the link below to determine what is fastest for each route. Differences between frames and wheels is negligible so it’s marginal gains.

They should not own the route for that timeslot. However, Zwift HQ specifically should not be in the habit of taking over community-organised events. And yeah, unsurprisingly people have left the ZZRC ride now as it’s being pushed in the background by an event that is being pushed by Zwift HQ.
The line about ZZRC “missing an opportunity” is just ridiculous. Their chance was organising a good event, and that chance has been removed by Zwift HQ. The idea that having their name be a footnote of a Zwift/Erik Min ride in exchange for having their event cancelled would be an “opportunity” is frankly as insulting as the move by Zwift.

Hi, i have upgraded my jet black volt v2 to latest firmware. Paired the play controllers but no steering.
Do i need to do something else? Upgrade play firmware or something?
